CRM & COMMUNITY MANAGER

ADCN, the club for creativity in the Netherlands, is looking for someone with a passion for customer relationship and community management.

CRM & COMMUNITY MANAGER

ADCN goes back to 1967 and is a non-profit, member-run organization, with over 750 members, led by an elected board. Among ADCN’s members are art & film & creative directors, copywriters, graphic & digital designers, photographers as well as media, brand and marketing professionals. It’s the club’s members that define and shape the club.

Members are the number 1 priority for ADCN. For that reason ADCN is looking for somebody who can develop and implement a CRM solution which will start by creating order and structure in ADCN’s databases. Afterwards the focus will be on building strong relationships with members and identifying new member opportunities. Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe CRM & Community manager we look for has multiple talents - from CRM to Customer relationship management to Sales. Starting with organizing, analyzing and managing multiple databases and interactions, to improving customer relationships and assisting in member retention and growth by signing up new members at creative festivals and events.

In short

Experience
• 1-3 Years experience in CRM management (pref. within a creative, brand of media agency)
• Experience contributing requirements for the implementation of a CRM solution
• Experience with building customer journeys and conversion optimization
• Experience with building strong relationships with clients/members and identifying new member opportunities

• Understanding data

• Communication skills
• Very organized, with a high attention to detail
• Pro-active problem-solver
• Team player with a sense of humor
• Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Work together with top-notch creative directors, agencies & planners in advertising, design, craft and media
• Work in a creative space/club
• Participate in ADCN events/courses and NL creative industry festivals
